I have a confession.

I’ve been a mom for 1.5 years and I still cannot put my kid to sleep without breastfeeding.

I mean, he can doze off and sleep in the car during car rides but settling him at home in his crib???? I swear to god, it’s IMPOSSIBLE.

I’d like to blame the fact that I probably smell like milk so it’s harder to settle him but IDK.

SOMEONE SEND HELP.

Actually, I always run away and grab my partner to help put the baby to sleep.

He does a better job than me so YAY - thank you Slam!!

Anyway, I’m writing this as the baby is crying and Slam is trying to rock him to sleep.

I think I just don’t have the patience to listen to a crying baby for that long.

Does that mean I’m a bad mother??? IDK.

Am I running away from my responsibilities??? MAYBE.

But if you ever choose to have a baby, make sure your partner has more patience than you. And is willing to do the tasks that you cannot do.

Half of my subscribers on here and non-parents so I guess I’m talking to you (heheheh!).

Also, feel free to ask me any questions about parenting.

I’m always here to tell you the raw, honest truth!

And if you’ve been around for my birth story… you know that I don’t hold back. LOLOL

Okay BYE and have a lovely day!!!

xoxo, knd.

P.S. - Also random, I think we are going to check out some Lunar New Year activities around the neighbourhood today - let’s go find some lion/dragon dancers - woo hooooo!
